Please, provide more information about what VkOpt is. It's a first time I see this name. Also name your browser.
I think that without special link extractor there is no way to download full-size pictures from vk.

Do you mean Download all DM's item in page context menu? I thought it'll download html pages, not pictures...
If it works, I didn't understand what's the problem is.

I think that vk creates links only after you see them. Look at the pictures if you connection is slow - they appear only after you scroll to them, so you can see them appearing instead of empty rectangles.
